Exercise you lot accept other 930 phones running correctly? I ask because i'm wondering what version of software you have running.
Effort clearing the current phones config past typing in: 25327 #
I do wonder most DHCP, there is plenty IPs for the new phones?

None of them are working. I just blew information technology up and started over. Does the same thing. Config files are in the inetpub/ftproot directory along with the project file. I cannot clear annihilation if the phones are not registered. DHCP range is plenty large. Base has an IP. Go to register phones, stays registered for a one-half a 2d and then goes back to unregistered. This is beyond stupid.

No go. Did everything there already. Same thing. Will not get a MGCP server address either. I am 2 days on this. I am at a loss of words...

Did you lot update the firmware before installing? Not sure if that will help you, but I remember when my installers would do these we would put quite a chip of labor merely for even i considering there were a bunch of updates we had to run. There are also a ton of settings in the web portal for the telephone itself that need to be configured correctly. These phones are non plug and play by whatsoever stretch of the imagination. The Dect were purchased and added to ShoreTel, not built from the ground upwardly similar the other handsets... and so I guess this is the difficulty with them. I can go y'all in touch on with a pro if you need some help on that.

All of the updates are supposed to happen when I reset the base unit of measurement. I've done that many times and nothing works. This is ridiculous.

Get gear up to express joy. I had the MAC on the base unit as 0087.b0fa.a896 when it is actually supposed to exist 0008.7b0f.a896. Go ahead and send me a virtual punch in the confront. What an idiot....
